"Nice VPS location options"
I mainly went with buyvm because of the data center choices. Las Vegas and Luxembourg both fit what I needed well, and getting everything set up was simple enough. It wasn’t anything super flashy, well, not that it really needed to be, but it got the job done without much hassle.

"I’ve noticed the network gets sluggish often..."
I’ve noticed the network gets sluggish often, with ping spikes happening more than I’d like. It’s not the best setup for keeping my sites running smoothly, so I’d definitely want to see more consistent performance.

"Fast server so far"
The server speed has been solid so far. SSH connects quickly, pages load without dragging, and I haven’t had to sit there wondering if something froze, which, sadly, is more than I can say for some other hosts I’ve tried. No random slowdowns yet, no annoying waiting around, just everything doing what it’s supposed to do. Happy with it at this point.

"I’ve been using BuyVM for my VPS..."
I’ve been using BuyVM for my VPS, and it’s been really dependable so far. Since the uptime has been steady, I haven’t had to worry about random outages or checking on it all the time. It just stays online and does what I need it to do. Nothing fancy, but because it works without causing problems, I’m happy with it

"Easy enough, the control panel"
The panel was simple to use, honestly. I found everything quick enough, which was nice.

"Support got my VPS sorted really quickly"
I ran into an issue with my VPS and wasn’t sure how long it was going to take to fix, but support jumped in fast. From my experience, they seemed to know exactly what was going on and got everything working again without much back and forth. Definitely appreciated the quick help...

"DDoS protection didn’t really hold up"
I tried buyvm for a small server, and things got frustrating once attacks started coming in. The DDoS protection just didn’t feel strong enough, and the security options seemed kind of basic. Support did respond, but I still felt a bit ignored, like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I expected a lot more protection than what I got. Just not the right fit for me.

"I haven’t had any issues with CPU..."
I haven’t had any issues with CPU or RAM so far, everything’s been there right when I needed it, with no random slowdowns. the only hiccups I’ve run into were more because of my own bad timing than the service itself.

"Easy setup and no hassle"
I got my VPS up and running quickly, and there weren’t any weird or frustrating steps to deal with. it’s just nice when a service works the way it should and doesn’t waste your time.

"Good price, but felt a bit ignored"
The price was great and the product works fine for what I needed. I just wish the customer service side had been better, because I felt kind of ignored when I had a question...

"I’ve been using BuyVM for a little..."
I’ve been using BuyVM for a little while now, and for the most part it’s been fine. The actual service has worked without any major drama, which is really what I needed. The only thing that stood out was support being a bit slow to respond. I had an issue and ended up waiting longer than I expected, but to be fair, they did eventually get back to me and helped sort it out. So yeah, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. Middle-of-the-road overall.

"Billing made me a little uneasy"
The service itself was fine, but the billing part left me feeling unsure. When I signed up, I did not feel like the renewal dates or possible extra charges were spelled out clearly enough, and that always makes me nervous because I do not want to get fooled by surprise fees.
I ended up digging through the dashboard and old emails just to figure out what I was actually paying for. Maybe that is normal for their setup, but from my side it felt messier than it needed to be, and I kept second-guessing whether I had missed something important.
Support did reply when I asked, so I will give them credit for that. Still, I think the pricing, renewals, and invoices need to be much easier to understand. It was not a terrible experience, but it did not feel transparent enough for me to be fully comfortable.
